The Identity Managers are responsible for the processing of personal data, as explained in the following privacy statement.
Contact us at info@identitymanagers.nl.
How we use personal data
The Identity Managers use names and e-mail addresses that people enter on our website in order to contact them. We do not use any social media plugin.
How we use special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and service do not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we are not able to check whether a visitor to our site is 16 years or older. We advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data about them without parental permission. If you believe we have collected personal data of a minor without permission, please contact us at info@identitymanagers.nl. We will remove this data.
For which purpose, and on which basis, do we process personal data?
The Identity Managers process your personal data for the following purposes: to be able to phone or e-mail you when this is needed to provide our services or to make contact at your request.
Automated decision process
The Identity Managers never decide on issues with (serious) consequences for people based on automated processes – i.e. decisions made by computer programs or systems without the involvement of a person (for example, an employee of The Identity Managers).
How long do we keep personal data?
The Identity Managers do not keep personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which this data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
The Identity Managers share personal data with third parties solely when it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and similar techniques that are used by us
The Identity Managers use only technical and functional cookies, plus analytical cookies that don’t intrude on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file which is saved – on the computer, tablet or smartphone used – during the first time a website is visited. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of our website and for ease of use. They ensure the proper functioning of the website and they store preferences. They also allow us to optimize our site. You can decline cookies using the set-up options in your internet browser. Furthermore, all previously saved information via your browser settings can be removed manually.
Examining, adjusting or removing data
Everyone has the right to examine and correct his or her personal data or have it removed. Furthermore, everyone has the right to revoke their consent for data processing or object to the processing of their personal data by The Identity Managers. You are also entitled to data transferability. This means you may file a request to send to you as a computer file the personal data that we have on you.
You can send a request for examination, correction, removal or data transfer of your personal data to info@identitymanagers.nl. In order to be sure that this request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identification. In this copy, please render the following parts black: Your passport photograph, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and the “Burgerservicenummer” (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will reply to your request as soon as possible – definitely within four weeks.
